Delegate Shott moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a

new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for S.B. 361 - - “A BILL to amend and reenact §61-2-10a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to prohibiting persons who have committed crimes against the elderly from performing any court-ordered public service involving the elderly.”
